These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and CK444 ("CK444", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the CK444 platform, website, mobile interface, and all related services accessible via https://ck444.click and its subdomains ("the Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform at the relevant time.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not register an account or use the Platform. CK444 reserves the right to refuse or terminate access to any user who does not comply with these Terms.

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this agreement:

Registration and use of the CK444 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the Platform. CK444 does not knowingly permit access to individuals under 21.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing from, any Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to verify that participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active CK444 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Own identity: You must register using your own legal name and accurate personal details. Registration using another person's identity, fabricated information, or virtual private network (VPN) services to mask your true location is prohibited.
• Mental capacity: You must be of sound mind and acting voluntarily. You must not use the Platform while under the influence of substances that impair judgment.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, account restriction, or ban imposed by CK444 or any regulatory body.

Once registered, Users are responsible for all activity conducted through their Account and must adhere to the following rules:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. CK444 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must notify CK444 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Account names, registered email addresses, and national identification numbers cannot be changed after registration. Contact support if a correction is genuinely necessary due to a clerical error.
• CK444 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including during routine account reviews, before processing withdrawals, or following unusual activity.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. CK444 will send notification before applying any dormant account policy.

CK444 accepts deposits from Malaysian users via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, USDT, and BTC. Supported methods may vary based on the User's location and account verification status.

• All Account balances are maintained in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmed receipt.
• The minimum single deposit is RM 50 unless otherwise stated on the cashier page. Maximum deposit limits are subject to your account tier and verification status.
• CK444 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may impose its own fees, which are your responsibility.
• Funds deposited from a payment method must match the registered account name. Third-party deposits — where the payer is not the account holder — are not permitted and will be reversed.
• CK444 reserves the right to request proof of deposit (e.g., bank statement, e-wallet screenshot) if the source of funds is unclear.

Withdrawals from a CK444 Account are subject to verification, balance eligibility, and processing conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid Malaysian government-issued photo ID (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence) and a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement within the past three months).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless stated otherwise. Maximum single withdrawal limits apply based on account tier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered under the same name as the CK444 account. CK444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• CK444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, appear irregular, or are made by recently registered accounts.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fully met before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

CK444 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all CK444 bonus and promotional programmes:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified users aged 21 and above. CK444 reserves the right to exclude any user from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• A wagering requirement (rollover) must be met before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Rollover requirements are specified per promotion and are typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) of the bonus amount or deposit-plus-bonus amount.
• Different game types contribute to wagering at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat and blackjack may contribute 10–20%. The contribution table is published in the relevant promotion terms.
• A maximum bet limit applies when using bonus funds. Placing a single bet exceeding the stated maximum (typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500) while bonus funds are active may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Bonuses carry an expiry date (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date credited). Any bonus and associated winnings not meeting rollover by expiry will be forfeited without notice.
• CK444 may set a maximum cash-out limit on any bonus. Winnings above this cap will be removed upon withdrawal request.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, multi-accounting, coordinated wagering patterns, and arbitrage strategies — will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and recovery of any funds derived from abuse.

CK444 provides access to casino games (including live dealer games, slots, and instant games) and sports markets (including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, international football, and UFC events). The following general gameplay rules apply:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer processes. CK444 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• All bets are final once placed and confirmed. CK444 is not obligated to reverse a confirmed bet due to user error.
• In the event of a technical fault or connectivity failure during a game round, the outcome may be voided and the staked amount refunded. CK444 decisions in such circumstances are final.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per game are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by game type, account tier, and active promotion.
• Live sports markets and in-play odds are subject to change in real time. Accepted odds at the time of bet placement are binding.
• CK444 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed following a known outcome, exploiting a manifest error in odds, or as part of a coordinated arbitrage arrangement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the CK444 Platform. Violation of any item in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and notification to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, either personally or through a third party.
• Using false, borrowed, or fabricated identification or payment information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or bonus collection.
• Colluding with other users in casino table games or sports betting markets.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory, including through VPN or proxy services.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the Platform's software, source code, or game algorithms.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward CK444 staff or other users.

CK444 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gambling environment for adult users. Gambling should be treated as entertainment and not as a method to generate income or resolve financial difficulties.

CK444 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Alerts can be configured to notify users after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent or long-term exclusion. During any exclusion period, all marketing communications are suppressed and account access is disabled.

CK444 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, payment processing, security monitoring, and service improvement.

CK444 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only as necessary with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services, all of whom are bound by data processing agreements.

All content on the CK444 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game assets, interface design, and promotional materials — is the property of CK444 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from CK444.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CK444 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own failure to comply with these Terms, including negligent management of account credentials.
• Interruption of service resulting from maintenance, system upgrades, third-party failures, or force majeure events.
• Gambling losses arising from participation in games or sports markets. All gambling involves risk and CK444 makes no guarantee of winnings.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or network conditions beyond CK444's direct control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits CK444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

CK444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe the User has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms.
• Engaged in fraud, deception, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Participated in money laundering or other unlawful financial activities through the Platform.
• Acted in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to CK444 staff or other users.

Upon termination for cause, CK444 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is not due to a breach, verified real-money funds will be returned via the original payment method following completion of any required checks.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which CK444 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication with CK444 support will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution process as specified by the applicable regulatory framework.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.

CK444 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material, CK444 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to registered account holders.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must discontinue use and may request account closure.
